Ogre Kingdoms army builder

The Ogre Kingdoms are the hungry mercenary tribes of the mountains in Warhammer: The Old World. This is a Legacy army: Games Workshop keeps its rules as a free download, but it isn't part of official matched play. Order of Battle builds the PDF list and a community Renegades list made by fans, not Games Workshop. Ogres come in small units of big, expensive models that hit hard on the charge, from bulls and ironguts to mournfang cavalry, with gnoblars as cheap screens and butchers for gut magic. Monsters like stonehorns and thundertusks add more weight. An ogre list wins by charging first and crushing whatever it hits. It struggles when it's outnumbered or shot before it arrives. Players often run the community Renegades list for ogres. Gnoblars are worth their slot: they soak up shooting and give the big units room to line up a charge.
