The Lizardmen are cold-blooded jungle warriors still following a plan laid down by long-vanished masters. This is a Legacy army: Games Workshop keeps its rules as a free download, but it isn't part of official matched play. Order of Battle builds the PDF list and a community Renegades list made by fans, not Games Workshop. Their armies mix cold-blooded saurus warriors who hold the line, nimble skinks who skirmish and shoot, and huge beasts like stegadons and carnosaurs. Slann mage-priests are among the strongest wizards in the setting. The usual list question is whether to build around a Slann and magic, around monsters, or around solid saurus blocks, since points don't stretch to all three. Skinks are the glue in most lists, because they screen, shoot and pick off weak targets cheaply.
